I took the pictures on google and arranged them several times.

If you observe, you can see a difference : the colors are inversed.

OMG ! I did find this :

There is so much to think about on this topic!

If I were living in Europe...lets say in Rimini...Italy I would want to speak the very same language of the people of the fishing village. I move to Milan and I speak a more fluent or sophisticated Italian now....there are more subjects to approach in the citys no?

I would not adopt (any language) because a goverment said that i should learn it but...if people took up speaking it and I wanted to communicate with them often...who knows?
Why should the nations become more amalgamated and less able to rely on the languages of ages?
For business purposes alone?
Does anyone think it will cause less prejudice or just another language for people to share their prejudices in?
If I though that a common language would cause a better or smarter or happier world I would be for it but just look at my country... (North America) what a mess... and nearly all who enter it eventually learn to speak English...So FAR NO GOOD...I have been watching my country go from sick to sicker since I was six years old and a man made me mature very early...i was a cynic by the time I was eight or so...
very critical of my country and it's daily mistakes with good people (like myself)...I thought and thought on various important ways to change the abuses of prejudice...the favor given to some and not to others and on life in general...i always longed to move away...someplace more quiet less insane than this country...dont be so quick to follow anything that was experimented in this country...it has run amuck...
you must examine closely what works and what does not before so hastily doing something so potentially dangerous to a people, how have people done who have had their language stripped of them in the past? I think of Tibet...Hawaii, American natives...
The First American ,,,,Natives of N. America and the Hawaiian nations here have nearly dissappeared along with their native tongue... not because they lost thier natural tongue but ...right along with it ....traditions are lost and sometimes nothing good replaces them.
If I someday retire to live in Rimini...(or a similar place) as i have often dreamed ...I want just to see it as i always imagined it to be, with people speaking and teaching me to speak the local language....which holds a fascination and beauty to me.
I am an artist ...I love so many things about the world we live upon....Languages are meant to convey so much more than words...why would we want to lose even one language even one word?(by replacing it with another... in time?) and do not think it would not fade away with the elders... just look at the examples I have given.
only if...with a new language came new thinking, more acceptance...for all...it will come anyway in time, the planet is moving into an enlightening with quicksilver speed...there is no going back!
well that is enough from me.... :? :)

for the above reasons I voted other...personally I believe it would be a mistake to adopt the common language, because it has been tried and failed many in my country!
