mmm.... probably London. I've been there 2 years ago and I think that has been the most interesting city I've ever seen. I'd really love to visit it again, maybe I'll have the opportunity this summer! But as I am Italian, I shouldn't forget Rome which is really unique and, according to lots of people, the most beautiful city in the world 8)

About the cities we have to choose in this tipic I'd prefer to select Paris because I really want to know the pace where my grandma came from...!! She didn't ever know her country because she came when she was a baby.. adn she was poor, so I want her dreams come true and I'll do it as soon as I graduate from college...

PS: My grandma is not alive anymore, this April 25th is the 5th aniversary of her death    )

Oriani,

Please don´t be sad. I know how you must to miss your grandma, but think you are part of her. then she is alive, she is with you all the time.

About the city, I think the mostintersting and romantic is Venice. I dream to find my grat love there. I must to go before I became in a very very old woman.

There are not many major cities in the world I have not been to at one time or another. As a child I was educated aboard my father's ship and later on in life I too became a Captain. My career change having occured in mid-life (I'm 64 now).
If you offered me a million pounds or dollars to choose one city and say that one is best I would be hard pressed to do so. Every place has its own charms, advantages and disadvantages.
