need some help to write an essay

Dear Dixie where can i get some ideas to write the following essay, I don't know where to start.

I am trying to take a teaching course I think it won't be that easy, here it goes:



Think about your own experience as a language learner at school or elsewhere, and /or your experience of helping people to learn English. What problems do you think your learners are likely to have with the English language? Write about 200 words. In your answer you could comment on some of the following: grammar, vocabulary and idioms, pronunciation, spelling and understanding native speakers.

English language.
Learning The English language has been a whole experience to me.I started since I was 15 and until now 15 years later I find myself struggling to find the right grammatical explanation for somebody else. Anyway learning English was very fun for me at the beginning because I was very motivated by myself and by my friends who where also attending the same language institute I was going to .My friends started the course first, so when they came to school speaking in another language it just sounded interesting and I wanted to do same.
My Mother who was the one who payed the language institute challenge to me and said:
“ I f you fail one month ,it is over” so then I felt that I had to do it .
Now that I am a teacher I realize how important is for an student is to be motivated, a student who really wants to learn is perseverant and continues his/her learning outside the classroom watching films in English, listening to music, reading books, etc.
So that is what I did. I finished the first year successfully didn’t fail any month but still after that I couldn’t communicate fluently I took some advanced courses of communication I guess what, I failed .
So Then I realize that it was just the beginning . I didn’t give up and I finished all the program which consisted of teaching courses including linguistics and methodology.

And I couldn’t believe how at the end of the 2 years program I was communicating with other new etachers.
I started teaching children and I just loved it.Didn’t have to bother for advanced grammar explanations but I was a different challenge anyway .
Young children are wonderful processors of new information and in my experience can learn to read and write quickly, if well motivated. They must enjoy the process and be in a positive, fun, success-oriented learning environment.

After 6 years of teaching English to children I moved to America because I had a job opportunity in the hospitality bussines .
When I started talking to native speakers I realized that my English wasn’t that perfect as I thought .
I remember taking an order from a guest he said something like: “ Gime a bud please” I went with a big question mark in my head ( What did he just said?)
I asked my coworker and I got the right sentence “ Give me a budwiser please ?” .
Talking to native speakers was something different.
Now I have no problem to understand them and later on I could distinguish the diferrent accents and learn a lot of idioms.
After living in America for 5 years I went back to teach children because I realize that it is a very fullfeeling and gratyfiying experience and I don’t want to change it again.Teaching is what I love .

Now here I am I east Europe trying to get into a course for teachers but I have been wondering since I read the paper , if the course like it says is intended to be for teachers with little experience or no experience at all then why do they asked about “How would you explain this, and that grammatically?

I know how to speak fluently but I guess the pre task paper is pushing me to wake up my grammar awareness.

I am reviewing now my grammar book and I know to be accepeted in the course is what I want to the most. (Oh it rhymes

Hi there, I just corrected a few mistakes. Remember the use of commas when necessary though
