About what? I didn't even know the man was in Russia. And I don't care, really.

I also don't care as far as I'm not religious at all, but there is always a discussion whether two christian official churches should find a consensus or not

better leave the Pope alone for a while in case he says something interesting again and we'll have to watch the sequel

thanks for your participation in this discussion.
Your opinions are hhighly valuable - 2 times "I don't care".
All in all I think it will be a big event - more politacal than religious (as far as I know) but when it happens I think it will be a real re-start of European Union.
The first one is a kind of credit in bank to me - you ask for money and when you have possibilities to use them properly - you can take them. Something like a bank credit.

But is money enough to form a real Union?
I really doubt.

I don't think it is going to be a big event.

First, I don't expect, for example, there will a lot of people from different regions of Russia who will come to see him and to listen to him as it used to be in some other Eastern Europe countries recently.

Then as far as I understand The Russian Ortodox Church is going to do everything in order to limit the significance of this event. They aren't interested in expanding influence of The Pope in Russia.

And finally this event will not be a restart of European Union since it will not result in any political changes between Russia and the European Union.

It is likely to be just another celeberity who visited Moscow .
