compared with the other members, these two countries have the worst economy and have serious social problems like common bribery in govermental business and high crime rates. i dont get why eu has confirmed their membership.

Probably same reason why EU wanted Estonia and other members lasttime to join, but I can't tell about it, since it's political.

There was a topic here about the Globalization, so this is one small step to it. Joining the UE has its good and bad sides. However it is long theme for discussion even i don't understand some parts of it :). What is important is that another borders fell down opening new opportunities for the members.
The funniest thing here is that there are some poeple who talk " Now they are Europeans ". It's funny because we have always been part of Europe. :)

i would like to say that in my opinion the two new members are more than welcome and i really hope they will bring some of the energy that europe needs to keep having a strong economy while respecting the basic human rights, because europe its by far the place on earth where people have right to more social helps, thats a pity that sometimes corruption screw everything.

Acording to some EC members you can talk about all this topics that are not political. Only if you give names then becoming political.

Your are not mention: Bush, Bin Lade, Huseis, etc, then is not political. Sorry friends this paragraph is politica  then censured. :?

Hi Nadia i'd like to know more about your country. I'm from Costa Rica, and it's a small country with a lot of volcanos and beaches.

hello i am from Bulgaria and i think i must write in this post. The economic is in terrible collapse and the minimum salary is nothing but 220 leva /that make approximately 110 EU/that is less than nothing but the people here are brave and strong to face the consequences of this corrupted politic. If EU decision is to join my country my opinion is that we are very cheap workers and ideal for holding borders between EU and Asia. :!:

By the way I`m 23. Excuse me for my bad English, i will keep practicing.
