study English in african counties

hi every body
i'd like to request that if there any one has information about where some one can study English langauge in the countries where the official langauge is English. like South africa, yuganda , kenya or wherever it's possible to have an english courses .
please provide me some information about that , some links of web sites would be high appreciated
