If you have Canadian friends, then you can relate to Canada.

I cannot say the same about those who have been to Canada but for those who haven't....... Well, of course, I am not speaking about all Americans but just the majority of the ones I met during my two trips. As a result, I don't enjoy visiting the US.

I've seen Canadians smashed American's cars when we were in Canada. I was about to call the police, but my friend told me to leave it alone because we were in "their" country, quoting his words. One of the Canadian called us American pigs when we were on the road. So, hatred is everywhere. There is no exception for any country or any space.

No, it was obviously your fault.

Of course, there are bad apples in every tree. And it appears that these bad apples do not know or cannot comprehend the result of their stereotyping or racism. It's rather sad...

Yeah, I have seen and met a bunch. Really disappointing and irritating, and I've tried not to judge the whole race based on those people's behaviors. Sometimes, it doesn't usually end up that way. Oh well, that's life for ya! It ain't your own dream, which you could dream about people doing what you want them to do  .

They are part of our world.. and remember that God love Us ,every single person.. it doesn't matter if it's venezuelan or american, or Canadian , etc. The most important thing is what we've got inside....American people treated you so bad??? Come on.. THAT'S NOTHING.! If they treat u bad . I f somebody... it doesn't matter the nationality , DO THE SAME WITH THEM.. That's all.. There's is a God above who is looking at down.. Don't forget it!!!

Ah by the way.. VISIT VENEZUELA.. here people are friendly and lovely.. :P

Good luck guys. I love u all!! kisses :D

Well Lenny, people doesn´t need to live in a country to choose if they like to live or not in that place.
I would like to know New York, but I wouldn´t like to live there, If I must let my country I would like to live in a place like Montreal.
About people of USA. There are good people there as in any place. I remeber that my ex bf was an american citizen and he was a very good man with me -and hansome too- but I don´t be able to let my family and my country. Well I think that was the better decition for me.

I agree with Elba there is good and bad in every country. You can't judge a whole nation by the actions of a few.

In most cases it is the decisions that governments make that affect peoples opinions of countries (not necessarily the population). Unfortunately the BUSH administration has made some very unpopular global decisions, this has definately affected how most people look at Americans. Which is very sad.

I think that if you really analyze the situation you will find that the people who don't like USA dislike it because of the US Constitution. Even the Liberal Left here, is trying to change it! The Right To Keep and Bear Arms and the Individuals duty to look after himself instead of asking the government for help are all in the Constitution. The fact that the USA is in Iraq is only an excuse to hate America and I think you all know this.
There was no such outcry when Clinton attacked Serbians and there was even less of an excuse to bomb them than Iraq. Iraq was in constant violation of the UN resolutions and deserved a good bombing.

No fellow forumers, this is all about politics!
