Also, I did a little research and found a chronology about Germans coming to the U.S. and Americans with German ancestors. It's pretty interesting. For example, I didnt know that a German man was once the mayor of New York, president Eisenhower had German ancestors, General von Steuben trained the American army, Henry Kissinger who was Secretary of State, was born in Germany and so on.

I think what they mean “White 1” is a group of white people who mixed more than one ancestry. They could not identify their original.

Yes. Hundreds of times. And I've been called white to my face thousands of times. I have no idea of what you are talking.
In Russia caucasian means someone from the caucas regions,and does not refer to white people. This word, Caucasion, means different things to different people. Be careful using this word when addressing an international crowd, it is ambiguous whereas "white people" is not.
