But as long as they're jeans, they'll be informal for most workplaces. I work in retail area and we're not allowed to wear jeans. Not even jeans skirts. No open-toed shoes. No logo shirts.
I think people who work with customers, clients, vendors and etc. have to dress formally. Other than that I don’t see why they can’t wear casually.
