Does Forest Gump shows something about American's history?

It shows the Vietnam’s war and the hippie movement. They were recorded into American history

I am not sure about Forest Gump, but in my opinion Michael Jackson is a symbol of so-called american culture and every american girl dreams about a night with Michael Jackson.

Michael Jackson is gone with the wind. He screwed himself very badly since his skin turned into white and his nose job turned into a nightmare. His child molestation trials are ruined his carrier and he has been broke since then. I don’t think girls want anything from him. Actually they know that he likes kids more than he likes girls

I love the movie. I think it's a very interesting approach to a very specific part of the American History during the 20th century.

Forest Gump does NOT show what American culture is like. Nothing can really capture what a country's atmosphere is like. Do you think there is a movie in your country that shows what your culture is like perfectly? I think not. Movies over exaggerate everything.
