Hi guys, I’m form middle east and I got scholarship to continue my education at FDU university at new jersey , I’ll start with English lessons to be ready for Tofel exam then I’ll start the major .
It’s my first travel to U.S.A really I’m so exciting to meet new friends, learn,
Face a new culture, and have fun .Please can you help me to find a good friends their ??
I will need their help and guidance when I arrive also I want to know about the state.
I’ll be their in October 2007 , really I want to make friends to meet them their .

There is a huge Middle Eastern community in New Jersey. I am sure you will find them and fit in well. My advice though, is to adopt American ways. I find nothing nice about New Jersey. Go west and into country and experience the true American spirit of freedom and individuality with the country people. They may be a little unfriendly at first but they will soon warm up to you if you don't take offense. If you want to find where the last true cowboys are, ask me here at EC and I will give you addresses of the biggest cattle ranches left that still have cowboys who only ride horses for their work. This is something that very few Americans have even seen, especially Americans who live in New Jersey.

Poor you. Try to move to New York if you could when you arrive to the States. New Jersey sucks and even I know that.
