english teaching job prospects in mexico

I recently purchased an employment guide on teaching english in mexico from http://employnow.com/Mexico.htm. They claim that is possible to support oneself only by tutoring private students for about 25 hours per week. I am looking for other sources of information on the prospects of teaching in mexico that hopefully confirm there are good job prospects.

So what did you find out about teaching in Mexico? SAfe? Tutor or in Schools? Do you need a degree? Do you need special papers?
