The course I took is called http://TEFLocal.com
. I liked the fact that all the trainers were under 40 and would have fun with us. We actually taught English to a staff at a local restaurant one Friday. The course was diverse, encompassing, and down to earth.
All in all- Pretty fun... As far as the foriegn language bit, they sent me where I needed to go and were great about that. i'm actually from Argentina but haven't lived here in a while and needed to make money while I was in school. I got a reduced rate because I'm a local. i don't know if you qualify because of MERCOSUR or not... sorry! I would call them, they are fun- god the bowling night!!!
Anyway, it's a good course if you are ready for local immersion and TEFL certification. If not, it's not for you. What's cool too is that you get TESOL certification from Cambridge and so when you walk into an interview you feel confident that, A, you are qualified and, B, you know the Argentine culture
Pretty Neat. Take care and email me back if you want more details. I'm not sure if I answered what you needed. It was a 4 week course and now I'm continuing to live and work in BA until my move to the Middle East to make more money in about 5 months. I already have a contract there. chau chau.
