The main reason that I posted this was because I thought it was pretty cool that I came to do an English teacher training course, only to be offered other languages like Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, etc. with essential guidance from the trainers and other locals I met through the program. I would suggest looking at all your options regarding a language course or TEFL course in Buenos Aires, and choosing the one designed to help you out the most. Some offer CHINESE and local personality, and some offer you a corporate business model they brought from abroad. Go with the locals if you want a true latin experience. You will learn more about the culture you are training in and besides you might pick up a little something on the side, like how to order dim sung whilst learning how to teach with new friends.
