She was just doing her job. She thought it was better for that forum if the topics were neat and not off topic, I guess. Therefore, she splitted your topic. Instead of calling her a dictator for not understanding how you wanted your topic to be, you should have sent her a PM asking her if you could copy and paste your posts back to the original topic of yours. She couldn't do that because you didn't ask her about this possibility, and she didn't think of it. When she said she could not redo it, she meant that there was no function to rejoin topics. She did not know how to do it. And we, other moderators, do not know how. We only know how to split one topic into two.

And let me tell you something, there is no such thing as a complete freedom of this and that. When you joined this board, you'd already signed a contract with Josef to follow his rules. You'd given up your certain rights to be here. If you didn't feel like following his rules, you were free to leave as much as you were free to join. Do not go around screaming that someone has taken away your rights, but you also wanted to be here. There was member who got kicked out and still came back; there was member who said he/she wouldn't be back because he/she thought some decision was injustice, however, that person was still back. Now you said you would be gone like them, but I think you will be back. Whenever you've calmed down to give this whole situation a sensible thought and felt like coming back, you'll be welcome."

Furtunally this is a free forum. or I wish this will be a free forum, where all people could talk about a diversity of topics,even if they don´t refer to Latin America or even if people want to insult or say bad words to the Moderator, I mean ME.
What is the objetive of the rules???? BE VIOLATED, because Violation confirm why rules must to be aply. I know is a contradiction, but is a reallity.

My last reply was only a way to show Lenny how a member could feel when a Mod decide to close a topipc.
I know this is the work of Mods, who must to have good arguments. I´m not criticizing the work of Arale or the work of the rest of the MODS.
But I think would be Arale who must to explain why she decided to lock the topic, not Lenny who, in my personal opinion, did a big and agresive discussion about that.
Well, maybe even my effort to try she understand what important is to be polite, she can´t do it only because she close her mind.
Lenny in my personal opinion you are a girl who act by impulses, not with the head, you are an inmature woman, life is better than you think and people is not responsable about what happen to you. ¡Take it easy girl! you are too young and you need all the love of the world.

People who don't know the functions a moderator can do with a post would think she was being a dictator. They said, "it's not a big deal! Just stay! So what if she deleted your posts blah blah blah" and things like that. She did not deleted them. She splitted them.

Here at México we have a law or FREE EXPRESSION. Nobody could punish you if you express your opinion.
