Well, to tell you the truth, Columbia is always almost associated with drug cartels. Like always hearing about drug sting operations steming from there. In movies, if you ship your drugs from somewhere, 98% of the time it's from Columbia. :? But I know it can't be all that bad, right?

Welcome home JKW,

Of course not all is bad at Colombia dear Fever. In fact, in the last years Mexico is winning the first place of drugs exportation to other countries. It is something that embarassed me too much, but is real.
But people from Colombia is funny. Even their economic and social problems I think they are happy. Aren´t they JKW?

It IS probably me being ignorant in the way of the world. I just need to meet some Columbians... that'll fix my impression of them right away I'm sure. :D Because I've met people from Chile, Peru and Puerto Rico, I think those places are nice. I know every country has their positives and negatives, most times I focus on the nuetral.

Generaly newspapers or mass media give only a face of the countries, and is not the same government that people. I prefer to know people.

The only thing I know about Columbia is when I saw a biographical documentary on Pablo Escobar.

We get many immigrants from Colombia, and they are gaining a bad reputation quickly, especially women. I don't know what they do, but many men in my hometown have left their wives for them :? And some of them have lost all their money.
