Hi my name is Jeff, I´m 19 years old, I´m Panamanian buy I´m studying dentistry in Costa Rica. For my English class I need to Know about different cultures around the world. In this forum I need that people of Latin America or any country around the world tell me about of the traditions of your country for example about the traditional food, outfit and in wich activities is used. I need know about anything tradition. please describe me all. Thanks you.

Traditional dish at Mexico: Mole it is a sauce prepared with different kinds of red dry peper, bread, tortilla, tomato, peanuts, and another ingredients that are toasted and mixed in the licuator in order to prepare a sauce.
After that mix with base soup chicken and add the chicken.
At the table serve with rice (red or with riceMH;H delicious) tortillas and a little coup of Tequila.

Mole is very tradition for weddings, aniversaries, bauptism, birthday, or any special date in the family.
Well friends I musto to go because I´m hungry. IfI wern´t on diet I will run to a restaurant for a big dish of Mole.
