I know. :cry: In addition they probably blame themselves. She was so young. She must have had her son at about 17 years of age. It just goes to show the sacrifice parents make for their children. She died trying to save her son. Thank god he was saved.

I heard that a little girl was killed by a shark on Stradbroke Island just the other day, maybe a week and a half before Australia Day . She died of blood loss after the shark bit both her arms off while playing in waist deep water with her dog.

I'm sorry people but I just don't think that the "eco-system" would miss the shark spieces.

Danyet see the thread about Sharks hate SA surfers. There is heaps of information on this attack. These were apparently Bull Sharks. :twisted:

OH? I did not notice! My sister just got back from Australia (Newcastle) yesterday and metioned the attack to me. She, like her father is a scuba diver.
