At 7.25 tonight my little grandson entered the World. I am very excited. We don't have his weight yet; so stay tuned.

No my grandson; my son's child. It is very exciting. They will be staying here for a few weeks until they are sure everything is ok with the baby. So their room is like a nursery right now..we just need a baby in the basket (so to speak)... :lol:

What's the baby's name?

I am excited, too! I am going to have a new cousin, my godson's baby sister is going to be born in February or March next year (hope she waits until I come back from China!!).

BTW, I noticed, Sharon, that in spite of the great gift that you've been given last night, you are still addicted to the forums! :lol:

I don't feel any different; everyone I meet says you are kidding your a grandma! I love it. I just hope that they are happy. I can't wait to have a cuddle.

They haven't given him a name yet they are still arguing over it. If she has her way he will be Tiger :roll:

I have already told her that I hate that; if she wants it is a nickname fine but not his lifelong name; it is in bad taste, but hey I don't have a say. My son is determined that he will be Braedon (I prefer Brandon).

I can imagine how excited you would be!! 7 years ago, when my mom became a grandma, she just cried outside of The delivery Room!! when I saw her entering my room, I smiled and asked her not to cry. she said:"I am crying for happiness!"

That is so nice that you Mum was like that. I will probably be the same when it is my daughter. I haven't cried (not yet) they are coming here for two weeks with the baby (there will be too much crying in this house) :lol:

. I wasn't allowed in the delivery room; she had her mother and she didn't want me there. Which is fair enough.

I think it is different when it is your daughter having a child, their is a closer bond. I can totally imagine your mother being overwhelmed with happiness; i'm sure I will be the same when my daughter has a child; as I will probably be included more in the whole process.. I am still very

though...New life; a new beginning, life re-newing itself; it is all GOOD!
