Sharon, I am not good at English name. would you please tell me what Braiden means?

I just checked out a book about English name. I didn't find it. However, I found another secret  :your name Sharon means a girl who is unclouded and open-minded!

On wonder! you deserve this nice name! Sharon.

I think Sharon is Hebrew I'm not sure.

The only thing I could find for Braiden on the internet is that it is Irish/Gaelic meaning Salmon...

Braiden is home. He is so beautiful, my daughter had a little cuddle tonight, and was able to get him to sleep so she feels very special. We are all thrilled he is a healthy and happy little baby.

I must admit I'm going to bed tonight with the relief of knowing that I won't be awake again in 2 hours...

what a qualified grandma you are! what I am concerned about is whether his mum breast-feeds him? some women wouldn't breast-feed babies, because they worry about their shapes. actually, what they should worry about is breast cancer! from statistics, those women who didn't give babies breast-feeding, have a higher rate to suffer breast cancer than those women who did.

and on the other hand, breast-feeding is health to baby.

If she has her way he will be Tiger  I have already told her that I hate that; if she wants it is a nickname fine but not his lifelong name; it is in bad taste, but hey I don't have a say. My son is determined that he will be Braedon (I prefer Brandon).

Not if your grandson would make million of dollars like the U.S. golfer Tiger Woods  . His name is Eldrick Woods, but his parents called him Tiger, and now the world knows him as Tiger Woods. It sounds pretty cute in a way to me. Tiger in the woods, duh...

Well, people call him as Tiger Woods. He has bunch of student foundations that help students to go through college and stuff under name Tiger Woods. I don't know, but it seems like some parents like to name their kids Tiger because of him to me.

I only know of one Australia with this name as I mentioned in a previous thread "The late Michael Hutchence and Paul Yates" daughter; Tiger-lily. It is not a popular name in Australia (thank god). Unfortunately young Australian's are losing their identities and are relating to American favorites. :(
