Hawaiians! ALOHA!

PLEASE POST IN HERE IF YOU ARE OF HAWAIIAN ANCESTRY.

I want to connect again with Hawaiian people I am missing my island home. I am not a Hawaiian person but I lived in Kona for about fifteen and a half years and in Wimea for about one and a half years on Hawaii, the Big Island...so it is definately a big part of who i am. I was a nice haole girl of seventeen, in 1979 ...coming from the southern states of North America. (Tennessee) and I was a mature woman by the time I moved away...I left the Big Island with a whole lifetimes worth of experiences to remember and with three young sons.
We moved away because I was worried about their education and the schools were just not acceptable to me, at that time.

I miss Hawaii with all my heart, and I miss living in Tennessee as well...I am living in California now...
SO, anyway...
