It should be obligatory, because it is necessary for prophylactics. Also, there may be people who are unaware of consequences of a disease if he's never been vaccinated. Some may perceive that as a human rights infringement. Nevertheless, it saves lives.

I agree with Krisi. But it should never be obligatory . Every individual has his on view . We explain their importance and advise him or her to have for his own favor

I guess the major problem is not obligatory or not, because who doesn't fear disease or death?
Somebody forces him to get protected,isn't it what he wants even in his dreams?
The problem is who foots the bill of vaccinations? Free lunch is everybody's desire.That's all.

Vaccines help people from disease and even death in effect. So it is necessary for those who are vulnerable to such disease to be vaccinated. However it is not so easy to say that vaccination should be obligatory. Why should he/she be obligatory to vaccinated, If certain vaccination is still experimental or if the maybe-incured disease won't infect to others, or if he/she is not suitable to vaccinated at all.
