Both A and B are correct in the second question.

they're both acceptable colloquially,but "that"is the only choice here in standard english,especially under such circumstance where only one choice is required in the test form

In relative clauses,there're circumstances where only the relative pron"that"is eligible,and where only "which"is.as to this question,"such"is used ahead,so "that"is the only choice
