I am wondering about any differences between next two sentences.

I am satisfied at the news.
I am satisfied with the news.

The first means 'satisfied when I heard...' while the second is a little strange, implying that the news itself has reached some kind of ideal standard. Neither sentence, though, is particularly idiomatic. We would probably say 'On hearing the news, I felt satisfied.'
