Sir,
Can I write
I am bore. instead of I am bored.
I am tire. Instead of I am tired.
If not ,then why past prticiple of "bore" and "tire" have been used.
it is not clear to me.

No, we cannot say *I am bore or *I am tire.
'Bored' and 'tired' are adjectives (of participial origin).
