Dear Alan,

3fold -> threefold
100fold -> hundredfold
How should I write 200fold, 201fold, 203fold? (add -fold to the last: two hundredfold? two hundred and onefold??? two hundred and threefold???)

three-hundredfold, three-hundred-and-threefold, etc. (Be aware, though, that such forms as the latter would be rarely, if ever, used!)
