Dear Alan,
how should I report (indirect speech) the sentence "I do work"? I've got 3 ideas:
1) I said that I did work
2) I said that I really worked
3) I exclaimed that I worked
If the 1. is correct, then how should I report "I did work"? (past perfect is not possible with intense)
intense do/did in reported speech

All possible.

There's nothing wrong with I said that I HAD worked with stress on 'had', since the working is a past event in relation to the time of speaking.
