For the time being - present simple or progressive

Hello!
Question: do I use "for the time being" with the present simple?
For the time being, I work as ... or for the time being I am working as?
I would use it with the present simple but I am sure the expression "for the time being" comes under a distinct rule.
Please specify the correct position of "still" in the following sentence(s).
Which is correct:
2. We regret to inform you that we have still not received payment in the amount of...
or
We regret to inform you that we still have not received payment in the amount of...
or
...that we have not still received payment in the amount of...
