Dear teacher,
When do you use 'anyway' and when do you use 'still' ?

I presume you are referring to the use of 'still' as a concessive adverb, in which use it is an informal equivalent of 'however', whereas 'anyway' usually means 'whatever the case may be', when the result is same whatever course of action is followed.
