2 auxillary verbs ?

Dear Alan,
The following sentence is copied from a dictionary:
She’s really has gone completely over-the-top with this wedding.
It seems to me that it is grammatically incorrect, because there are 2 auxillary verbs here (the first one is represented by apostrophe s and the second is 'has').
Could you please confirm whether the sentence is correct or not?
