was born or has born?

Postby Brahman » Wed Sep 26, 2012 5:00 pm

I have a question about the verb "born".

Let's say a child was born at 10 am. When an astrologer talks to his father at noon about the birth, should he say,

1. Your son was born at an auspicious hour.

or

2. Your son has born at an auspicious hour.
