In this sentence, someone is talking about a past before the past. (relating in a past).

So, how many times must we use "had" at the verbal compositions.

Is the sentence correct?

Please correct any mistake if there is one, and explain why.

Grammatically possible/acceptable as written, but the third 'had' is redundant.
