Hi!

If I go to a restaurant and want to order two cups of coffee/tea, usually, I think, I can
say 'two coffees/teas' in informal/conversational cases.
Let's assume that I just want to order 2 glasses of water for drinks, can I just say
2 waters (informally) in lieu of two bottles of water?

The expression 'two waters' would, I think, be a little unusual, although one might well hear e.g. 'two mineral waters'.

If you wish to avoid getting the wrong order, however, it would probably be better to specify either 'bottles' or glasses'!
