Can one say:
a. Unlucky is what I am.
b. What I am is unlucky.
c. Up is where I am going.
d. Where I am going is up.
e. Lucky is what he got.
f. What he got was lucky.
g. Happy is what I will make you.
h. What I will make you is happy.
Are these sentences acceptable in the formal English?

All theoretically possible, although some speakers would probably reject (e) on account of the ambiguity of 'got'.
