English grammar help. Grammar questions from ESL learners

not an engineer...

Are these sentences grammatical:

1-I am not an engineer that you should expect me to design a computer for you.
2-I am not an engineer for you to expect me to design a computer for you.
3-I am not an engineer to design a computer for you.

I am not an engineer and therefore cannot be expect to design a computer for you.

Structurally plausible, but nevertheless unacceptable on account of sheer meaninglessness.

(3) could be rendered acceptable by a change of article, i.e.

I am not the engineer to design a computer for you.

meaning I am not the right engineer...
