Is this sentence correct?

Hi guys,

I'd like to ask you one question- is the sentence below correct according to you? I've got a problem with the translation it from Polish into English. :)

Not a Shakespeare is he.

Not really (highly archaic at best). Natural, contemporary usage would be 'He is no Shakespeare'.
