which sentences is correct ?

Dear Mr Alan,
1. if some body ask me for hotel reservation , which these sentences is/are corrects ?
a. I will book the hotel as you requested. I will inform you later after I get the confirmation
from the hotel.
b. I will book the hotel as you requested. I will inform you later after I got the confirmation
from the hotel.
c. I will book the hotel as requested. I will inform you later after I get the confirmation from
the hotel

2. which from these sentences is correct for 2 sentences that happen in the future.
a. Please make sure that all specifications are already decided by your company before you
issue your order to us.
b. Please make sure that all specifications have already decided by your company before you
issue your order to us.
c. Please make sure that all specifications have been decided by your company before you
issue your order to us

if none is correct, could you please advise?
