Is "I am here tomorrow" acceptable?
People frequently use the present tense to refer to something in the future. Is this acceptable? Shouldn't it be "I will be here tomorrow" or "I am going to be here tomorrow"?

Yes, perfectly acceptable when, as here, reference is to an event that is definitely decided/scheduled to occur.
