Hello,
I'm not sure what is exactly the syntactic function of sentence elements in a sentence of this type:
The scheme is impossible to put into effect.
The disease is easy to prevent but almost impossible to cure.
Does the sentence have two subjects, or is one of them an object or even a complement?
