s or s'?

Post by inkkai »

Need help. Please advise which is correct here: Bakers Friend or Bakers' Friend? I need to register this is a trade name but before I do that, I would like to make sure which one is indeed correct? The name is trying to say that I am a friend of the bakers... thanks for your help!

The second: it is a plural noun in the possessive case (=of the bakers).
