Israel warned residents of Gaza to stay away from Qassem launch sites.

Israel was slammed for hitting the launch site. But they gave advance warning, and told people to stay away.

Wouldn't it be a recipropcal courtesy for the terrorists to do the same? The terrorists could warn Israelis in advance that they have a suicide bombing planned for a specific time and place, and could tell citizens to stay away.

Nope, I didn't think the terrorists would like that idea. The difference between the good guys and the bad guys is becoming clearer.
