I have found a very interesting link about Polish lonely brave-men who fight with polish corrupted court system. Some cases last even 10 years like you can read in the link beneath and sometimes judges proclaim break that lasts...about 5 years. And in one case that lasted such a long time a barrister retired even and refused even to take part further.
