Guys, believe me, I heard it myself some time ago on BBC. There was a program about the same question. And it was said that in Britain money indeed cannot make a person happy unless you have more than 65000 pounds. In this case it is possible.

I'm not surprised. Back in 1999 we had rather bad situation here in Russia. Unemployment was high and there was a crisis in the economy. Many people felt really insecure. It seems like nowadays the whole situation is a little better.

By the way what is the point in publishing such an ancient survey now?
