i remember when i started learning english, i faced many difficulties but i didn't give up.
i tried to improve myself and i managed to speak and write in a good way.
nowadays, it is very easy to improve your english because there are many websites for learning english. they are helpful especially the forums.

i used to read manga (and watch anime) but i don't anymore. my favorite manga is mirai nikki. i have also bought some negima and peach girl series a long time ago.
to be honest, i'd rather read mangas which i hold in my hands, than watch in my monitor for hours and clicking until i get bored.
