1. if you are not generous!
you see, as a moderator, you must be generous. that means you have to permit other members to utter their viewpoints and voices. of course, you can delete some lousy posts.however, as long as there are not dirty words on those posts, you must have to contain them.
2. if you are not gracious.
at first, you must have charisma. that means you shouldn't attack someone for private sakes or reasons. in the other words, you have to be friendly and amiable. that way, all members can take you as a leader.
3. if you delete members' posts arbitrally!
as a leader, if she thinks some posts are not what she loves, and she arbitrally deletes them and feel happy to contain the posts she likes, thus, that means she is a narrow-minded moderator. of course, she must be unpopular.
Then, what if she is an unpopular moderator? oh, I guess all other members will go to other forum together to utter their voices. that way, the moderator will have none to administer but herself!
