Go to the picture you want to upload. Right-click on it. A window will pop up. Go to properties. Then copy the URL you'll see there (highlight it with your mouse and then copy it).

Go to "post reply" or start a new topic and then click on IMG (see it above?). Then PASTE the URL you previously copied. Click on IMG again.
