Last class of Intermediate Interpretation, the teacher taught us a little English knowledge about accent.In Australia, all the letter vocalic A is readed to vocalic I, like day is readed to die!
In wwII, an Australian soldier was dispatched to the European battle field.
First day, the officer asked him:" Are you come here to die(today)?"
He replied:"No,Sir,yestoday( yes to die)!" Because he heard the officer asked him whether he come here today.
And the officer heard his reply is, yes to die!
