We have so many http://www.sites about Alexander the Great that’s really good to read about him before we will go to watch the Oliver Stone’s movie. And I really don’t know why people don’t like the movie. Specially people in US. Because history isn’t like they would like to see it and some heros don’t match their imagination? Some people say the movie is bad because Stone didn’t show how it had happened that Alexander turned into brave man etc. from a mummy-boy in childchood. I think the director DID showed it. His life - victories, wars, conquests -WAS just the result of his family life. That’s my opinion. If some people don’t like the idea of his bisexualism they probably don’t like history but it shouldnot be director’s problem. What’s more can be said? I liked Angelina Jolie playing Alexander’s mother. She was really persuading. I don’t know if I would go to watch the movie for the second tme. Probably not. But I still insist I have already seen many worse than this one.
