1. Get on EC to read/post posts or chat in EC chat room. :lol:
2. Coloring or drawing.
3. Sing karaoke (if you have the system at home) :lol:
4. Playing video games.
5. Go the park to get fresh air.
6. Bicycling/RollerBlading/Running for a bit.

:lol: i think the only way to relax is that your mind focus on the only one thing ,of course,if you study too long ,then put the pen down and go out to play basketball ,even if you do not play with sb else,the same is relaxing you just shoot!!!!!

Thank you very much for this topic.This topci represent the important things that the student and educated peopel need.
The steps that I think them useful are:
1-Drink hony.
2-Eat a lot of chees.
3-Take a brake but do not increas a bout ten minutes.
4-Sleep and weak up early.
5-When you take a brake,try to do sports,watch T.V and meet with your family.
6-Read a lot of books.
7-This point is the most imprtant that if you are in class doing exam and you forget some answers:close your eyes and imagine
your self out of class,then you will remember the answers.

as I could see many people have their own ways of refreshing their minds and I guess they're all quite similar. The main idea is to feel relaxed and happy so we should do anything to feel good and it will refresh or mind :-) that's my simple theory hehe;p My favourite way is taking a bath or a shower, eating, listening to music and singing and OF COURSE THE MOST RELAXING- a little NAP :-)

I always don't know how to do when i am very dysphoric. I quarrel with my boy friend, even when i don't what i want to argue. And this has a bad influence on our relationship.
But i always can't control my emotion.
I want to go to forest ,for there is noiseless. But i can't find such a place in my location.

I am sure the meditation is the key for it!
Whenever I got stressed out, I took meditation for a moment,
sometimes it's gonna be like an hour long though. It really heip
me out to come over it.
Here is the process.
1. Have a sit. I recommend the floor but it doesn't really matter.
2. Breathe with your nose calmly.
3. Think positively. If you thank something, it's even better.
4. Continue until you feel good.

Well, all ur tips are quite good to follow, BUT the one that

I liked most is the meditation.. It is very similar to our prayers.

I really liked it ... :wink:

At home for refreshment you can walk for some minutes or watch t.v or use your laptop or play game.
At office I mostly play table tennis or go out to a park for some minutes

i will add call your parents if you are faraway from them . For me that make me very optimistic to come back to study, and just forget every thing about studying for 15-30 minutes because if you do any thing other than studying but you still thinking about it you will not refersh your mind.
