Black tea is good for us and green tea is probably even better herbal teas are really great...investigate what ailments you have, consult or check out the cure herbs... in an herbalist a manual/book ...and drink your medicine when you are thirsty!
i prefer coffee to tea sometimes but only because it has become a big habit for me daily, to grind the beans, and the routine of making it, soothes me I think.
I secretly prefer the taste of teas.
Chai tea is delicious.
I am addicted to soda's, especially cola, I used to drink several a day when I was not on some health kick, now i only drink one once in a while but once in a while, i will have one
every day until i am over it.
I think attitude
over food is the best philosophy...though...food is
less important than your healthy outlook. Just look at how many live well, on horrendous diets. They dont worry over it and it is fine.
Just like once the smoking was too, before. Maybe it may be
true that when you
know how
bad something is for you it becomes a bit more that thing...
bad for you because you
believe that.
We must prosper no matter what we have available to eat...so keep the best attitude when you can!
But eat very well
if you are able to....just in case!
