what kind of exercise do you like most? how often

but i can not hold on
and this morning, i have been jogging

I ride my bike or roller blade at least once a week. And I love to take long walks in the park or by the river. I walk almost everyday.

wow good for you.. don't have that much time :( i just go swimming ..but has to be scheduled ahead :(

I always play tennis or jogging every morning for thirty minutes or six days per week.
I have exercised like this for 3 years, I felt that I get better health.
The exercise is really good,whatever you like or have skill, choose the one and just do it.

I like yoga the most. Currently i'm having 3 sessions per week.
I find that yoga really helps me with my posture.

I like to ride my bike or walk, but i just do that with friends, in a country place and when i have time :lol: lately i havent exercised :cry:

I like to enjoy the fresh air as well. But it is unsafe here to be out in the woods by myself. Arranging outing with friends sometimes can be kind of hard.

Hi guys,

I do jogging, swimming and yoga regularly but my most favorite exercise is yoga.
It is more effective exercise for the fitness. It controls many diseases especially heart diseases and blood pressure. It also reduces the stress and depression.
